Intelligence for decisionsno one could measure before.

Echelon Labs is an AI-native company. We use frontier AI models across how we research, build and operate, to make previously unmeasurable business domains measurable, then build products around what we find.

What we believe about measurement

Readiness is a measurement problem, not a facilitation problem.

Three principles govern how every instrument is designed, and they hold whether the reader is a programme board, an auditor, or the people being measured.

01

Scores must be auditable

Scoring is deterministic and explainable. Every number traces back to the data behind it, so a result can be defended in a governance meeting.

02

AI belongs on top, not underneath

AI generates narrative, coaching options and governance drafts. It never computes a score, and generated language is labelled and grounded in scored data.

03

Measure groups, never individuals

Readiness is reported at group level. There is no profiling and no individual identification anywhere in the model.

Our mission

To give every transformation office and change leader the intelligence infrastructure to turn organisational change from a risk into a repeatable, governable capability.

Our vision

A world where no transformation programme fails due to a lack of structured readiness, governance, or stakeholder clarity, and where the people side of change is treated with the same rigour as the technical side.

Our flagship

Qognexus™: the measurement layer for organisational change.

The first domain we chose is one we know from the inside: organisational change, where transformation spend is enormous and readiness is still judged by feel.

Qognexus

The measurement layer for organisational change, built for transformation offices, change managers and practitioners.

Measure readiness, target the intervention, see whether it worked.

Continuous readiness measurement across six dimensions
Scored instruments, not narrative reports
Intervention tracking with evidence of what worked
Benchmarks that compound with every programme

Qognexus™ carries its own identity and lives on its own domain. Echelon Labs is the company behind it, and the lab where the next products are taking shape.

Our values

Six values, written into the company charter.

These aren't aspirational marketing. They guide what we build, what we prioritise, and how we engage with customers and partners.

Rigour before reassurance

We tell the truth about readiness.

We don't manufacture confidence. Our outputs reflect what the data shows, not what people want to hear.

Consulting-grade, SaaS-delivered

High standards, accessible packaging.

We encode methodology into the platform, so practitioners everywhere get the same rigour as those at blue-chip firms.

Evidence over instinct

What gets measured, gets governed.

Every feature and every decision should be traceable to evidence. We track outcomes, not outputs.

Interoperability by design

We play well with others.

We don't build walls. Our products sit alongside the tools organisations already run and connect to everything else.

Simplicity as a feature

If it's hard to adopt, it's not built right.

Clear onboarding, transparent scope and productised delivery are first-class product decisions.

Founder accountability

We built this. We own the outcomes.

We don't overpromise. When we make mistakes, we acknowledge and correct them. We build what we say we will build.

Why the company exists

Transformation is too important to be left to intuition.

The work began in November 2025, and Echelon Labs was incorporated in 2026, founded by Jean Pascal Max Azie around one problem: programmes that look ready on paper fail in execution, and no one can measure why.

It started as research rather than code: six dimensions of readiness, synthesised from peer-reviewed work on change and adoption. Echelon Labs is the company building Qognexus, the platform implementation of the Qognexus Framework. The instruments are built and working, and the current research round is shaping what comes next.

Echelon Labs is an AI-native company, deliberately bounded: AI drafts narrative, coaching options and governance artefacts. It never computes a score and never profiles individuals.

Compliance by design

Built for organisations that are already audited.

Designed to GDPR requirements

Data handling designed to GDPR requirements from the start: purpose limitation, minimisation, and nothing processed beyond what a readiness score needs.

Role-based access and audit trails

Governance records that cannot be edited after the fact, with every score traceable to the data behind it.

No profiling, no AI scoring

AI never computes a score and never identifies individuals; generated language is labelled and grounded.

Readiness research

Help shape how change readiness is measured.

We are researching how people who lead, run or advise on organisational change assess readiness today. The questionnaire has 15 questions and takes about 7 minutes. Leave your email at the end if you would like the findings summary.
